By accessing or using Domhwa ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Domhwa is a webcomic publishing platform that allows creators to publish original comic series and readers to discover and enjoy them. The Platform provides tools for content creation, publication, and community interaction.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform.
4. Content Policy
Users and creators agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. Domhwa reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice. Mature content (+18) is permitted only when properly labeled and only accessible to verified adult users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content published on Domhwa remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. By publishing on Domhwa, creators grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute their content within the Platform. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments and Donations
Domhwa may facilitate payments between readers and creators through third-party payment processors (PayPal). All transactions are subject to the terms of those payment processors. Domhwa is not responsible for payment disputes between users and creators.
7. Termination
Domhwa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Domhwa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domhwa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
